English Language
- Passages of about 450 words (12th standard level)
- Skills tested:
- Read and comprehend main points and arguments
- Draw inferences and conclusions
- Summarise passages
- Compare and contrast viewpoints
- Understand contextual vocabulary
Current Affairs Including General Knowledge
- Passages up to 450 words each .The passages will be derived from news, journalistic sources and other non-fiction writing. The questions may include an examination of legal information or knowledge discussed in or related to the passage, but would not require any additional knowledge of the law beyond the passage

- Contemporary events from India and world
- Arts and culture
- International affairs
- Historical events of significance (History, Static History)
Legal Reasoning
- 450-word passages on legal/public policy/moral philosophy
- No prior legal knowledge required
- Skills tested:
- Identify and infer rules and principles
- Apply principles to fact situations
- Understand impact of rule modifications
Logical Reasoning
- Short passages of about 450 words
- Skills tested:
- Recognize arguments, premises and conclusions
- Identify and analyze arguments
- Critical analysis of reasoning patterns
- Draw inferences and apply to new situations
- Analyze relationships and evaluate arguments
Quantitative Techniques
- Textual representation of numerical information
- Skills required:
- Information derivation and manipulation
- Apply 10th standard mathematical concepts:
